    Here are a few answers to some of the questions you may have.

  • WEBSITE (GoDigital)

    GoDigital comes with a standard website. GoDigital would be hosted on your domain name which you have chosen. For example, your business name is Tejal Financial Services, so your domain name can be something like tejalfinserv.com (or tejalfinserv.in or tejalfinserv.co.in whichever is available with GoDaddy.com). The logo would be yours, the color theme will be according to your logo colors (or whichever 2 colors you like). You and your clients will use the domain name to login to the platform. Our company, Optimum's Name will not be displayed to any of your clients. For them it's your platform.

    A domain is the name of a website, a URL is how to find a website, and a website is what people see when they get there. In other words, when you buy a domain, you have purchased the name for your site, but you still need to build the site or rather host an application which will be seen when someone type the domain name address on the internet. Domains can be purchased from Domain Registrars like GoDaddy.com

    GoDigital being a standard product cannot be customised. The look and feel of GoDigital comes with basic website features, which majorly covers your business logo, your business colors, your business profile, your contact information, information on Mutual Funds, and regular Market News & Videos (provided by Kotak Mutual Fund). You can set your business logo, your own color theme, and update your business profile & contact info.

    In case, you have your own website already, that means you have a domain name too. That's great! We simply need to create a subdomain and host GoDigital on it. For example your current website is abcinvestments.com we can create a subdomain something like mf and GoDigital will be hosted on mf.abcinvestments.com Sub-domains can be any word, like mf or wealth or mutualfunds or portfolio or mutualfundsportfolio or wealthportfolio. So if your subdomain is wealthportfolio and your existing website abcinvestments.com then your GoDigital platform will be wealthportfolio.abcinvestments.com You can redirect your website visitors to wealthportfolio.abcinvestments.com by integrating a button.

    In GoDigital, your domain name will be your login link. If you already have a website, then your subdomain can be your GoDigital Login Link. You and your clients will use the same login URL address. i.e. your domain name or sub domain.

  • BRANDING

    The white label technology is a ready-made licensed software product developed by one company and rebranded by another one, to make it appear their own. The aim of it is increasing customer loyalty and trust, saving resources and time necessary for the new solution development and deployment. Over here, Optimum is the manufacturer, developer and owner of the product, to be used by your and your clients, wherein the branding is of you (your company) and not Optimum's. For your clients, the product seems to be yours.

    Your Business Logo & Name will be seen post login. Optimum's / Optimoney's Logo and name can be seen on the login page www.optimoney.in. as well as post login.

    Optimum's / Optimoney's Logo will be seen in the Mobile App. Your Business Logo will be seen post login in the Mobile App.

  • MOBILE APP

    No, You do not need to pay extra for the Mobile App. The Mobile Android App is included in the subscription. However, if you want your own separate account for the Mobile App, you can create your own developer account with Google by paying one-time $25 to Google Inc. We do not recommend this, as it increases your cost. If you create your own account, you need to share your account credentials with us and we will publish the app in your account instead of our account.

    No. If someone does not want the Mobile App, they can only have the GoDigital website. But one cannot have the Mobile App without the site.

    Your brand name white labelled app will be available on Google Android Playstore. GoDigital is a complete white labelled solution, and to provide a such a solution in iOS, every customer needs to have a Apple Developer Account, which needs to be enrolled by paying $99 to Apple Inc. This is a recurring cost, and needs to be paid every year. Furthermore, there other technicalities and constraints involved in iOS in providing a separate app for each customer. Hence, we do not find it favorable for the business and so it is not available. To know more in detail, please talk to us.

  • ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

    Online Transactions are integrated with BSE StAR MF Online Transaction Facility. Currently, NSE NMF ||, MFU or other online transaction platform integration is not supported.

    You do not need to pay extra for Online Transactions. Online Transaction integration is included in the subscription. You just need to have an Active BSE StAR membership and you need to save your BSE StAR account login credentials in the platform.

    We feel in today's business era, Online Transactions is a must-have service. However, Online Transactions is optional. If you do not want to use the Online Transaction Facility, it's up to you. After all, it's your business. You can simply ignore the transaction features.

    You need to have an Active BSE StAR MF account for Online Transaction Facility. If you do not have a BSE StAR MF Account, you need to contact BSE StAR MF team to open the account. You need pay the account opening charges to BSE, if any. Optimum may provide relevant contact points of BSE StAR MF team and be helpful, however, Optimum is not bound to assist in the account opening process.

  • CLIENTS

    Unlimited. There is no capping on number of clients.

    You can generate the reports and send them to your client directly from the system from your own email id which will be configured in the platform. Your clients will receive email from your email address, not Optimum's. If you have given login access to your clients, your clients can login to your website and mobile app, anytime, can check their portfolio and reports.

    Your clients can only login, if you have given login access to them. If you have not given login access, your clients cannot login to the website as well as the Mobile App. If your client had created the account on his own, obviously he can login has he knows the password. The login credentials for the web and the mobile app are same.

    Your clients can see their portfolio & reports and transact own their own. Transactions can only be done, if your clients UCC is available in the system. There are other awesome useful features like wealth calculators, e-locker, focused funds, save tax module, market views, etc

    You need to have an active BSE StAR MF account for online transactions. Your clients will be able to do transactions on their own if their Unique Client Code (UCC) is created. You can restrict the Redemption and Switch Facility for them, from your distributor login.

  • DATA & SECURITY

    All your data is received to us in DBF or Excel format, from your Mailback Services Email address registered at R&T Agents. Once the data is uploaded in the system, it is saved in the database, in secured mode on the servers. To know more about Data and its security, please read the Terms & Conditions.

    No. We do not share any data.

    If incase, you discontinue using the our product & services, your business data will be deleted from the servers. You will be informed about it. However, your contact information may be still saved with us for other business essentials.

    Your data is saved on reliable servers and it is completely safe.

  • SUPPORT

    You can expect best in standard support. A Dedicated Customer Relationship Support Manager will be assigned to you to assit and help you. You will be provided with a Mobile Number so that you can quickly get in touch with him/her without following the old school IVR model (Press 1 for Support, 2 for Sales, 3 for xxx) A dedicated Customer Support Email box is available. You can email your queries, and your email will be converted into a ticket for further tracking. A dedicated WhatsApp Support Channel is also available. In case, your queries, are not solved within satisfactory time, you can simply drop a message on the WhatsApp number. We also have a Telegram Channel, but its majorly used for communication, educative and informative purposes. Believe us, we are known for our Support. More than 90% of our customers are generally happy with our support.

    In case, you are not happy with the support received, you can get in touch with Senior Support and ask for a RM change. Your concerns would also be definitely looked on priority basis.

    Queries which can be resolved by the Support Manager, usually are resolved within 1 or 2 business days. Some queries, may take a few days more depending on their dependencies. Whatever, it is we would put our best to make it quick.

    Optimum and its associates will not talk with any of your clients. The subscriber of our services is our client. i.e. You. We will only talk with our client(s).

  • SUBSCRIPTION

    This depends on how you co-ordinate and co-operate with the support team. Generally, it will take minimum 2-3 business days to get the site live for you with your business data. Post that your Mobile App will be created.

    The yearly renewal charges are Rs. 5000 + 18% GST. i.e. Rs. 5900

    No. There is no provision to pay in installments or pay partially.

    No. We do not have any refund policy. It is advisable to take the product demo for full awareness of the product & its features, We also highly recommend reading the FAQs and Terms & Conditions, set the expectations right, and then only subscribe to the product.

    The renewal charges are same since 2015 i.e. Rs. 10000 + Taxes. We do not intend to increase the charges. However, going ahead, if the business needs a raise in the cost for the services offered, the company reserves the rights to do so. Please read the Terms & Conditions for more info.

    You will be intimated well in advance about your renewal. If the payment is not received before the renewal date, access to the platform will be denied and you will be notified. Further, you can talk to the customer support team, resolve the concern and then continue with the services.

  • KOTAK MF

    Kotak Mutual Fund is the knowledge partner of GoDigital.

    Focused Funds section basically highlights funds which you would like to highlight to your clients. Funds which you add in your Focused Funds section will be seen, in your clients login's Focused Funds section. By default, 1 fund each from Equity, Hybrid, Debt, Commodity of Kotak Mutual Fund is seen in Investor Login.

    Save Tax section basically highlights tax saver funds which you would like to highlight to your clients. Funds which you add in your Save Tax section will be seen, in your clients login's Save Tax section. By default, 1 ELSS fund of Kotak Mutual Fund is seen in Investor Login.

    Insta Redemption is a module where in your Investors can redeem investments from Kotak Liquid Fund upto Rs. 50k, on a calendar date. Amount is created in the bank account within 30 mins. This feature is only available in the Mobile App.

    Kotak Mutual Fund provides market outlook in the form of News and Videos on regular basis. These are from experts from Kotak MF.

    All essentials reports are available. Client Level Reports like Portfolio Holdings, Detailed Holdings, Capital Gains, etc and SIP reports like Active SIPs, Bounced SIPs, Terminated SIPs, and other business reports like AUM reports, Dividend Reports, Transaction Reports, Basic Brokerage Reports, etc are also available.

    You can choose any domain name which suits your business. Remember that your domain name is your identity on the internet. We book domains from GoDaddy. Any domain which costs below Rs. 799 can be booked. In case, the domain name which you like is beyond Rs. 799, then you can pay the difference amount separately.

    In-case, you discontinue, for any reason, you need to talk to the customer support team and see if the domain name can be transferred to you.

  • LOGIN (Optimoney)

    You and your clients can log in to the optimoney platform by visiting www.optimoney.in on the desktop computer or laptop. Your clients can download the Optimoney App from Google Playstore. You, as a distributor can download the Optimoney - Distributor App from Google Playstore.

  • BRANDING

    Yes, your clients and you will be able to see your business name and logo, as soon as you login to the platform.

    Optimum's or Optimoney's Logo and name can be seen in the login as well as before login. The domain name, i.e. the login link on which all users will login, itself displays the name, www.optimoney.in

    Optimoney is a common link platform. Your clients may see Optimum's or Optimoney's Logo and Name. In fact, the mobile app which you and your clients will download from the Google Playstore will be of name Optimoney.

  • MOBILE APP

    No, You do not need to pay extra for the Mobile App. The Mobile Android App is included in the subscription. You and your clients can download the app from the Google Playstore.

    No. You may not use the web version of the platform if you don't want to. But you need to login to do the necessary settings to make the platform work. If you are okay using only the Mobile App, that's up to you. It's your choice to use the desktop web version or not.

    As of now, the app is available only on Google Android Playstore. Optimoney is a new product and we do not find iOS development suitable at this point in time. However, we are looking forward to it. If things work well, hopefully, iOS App will be available in the upcoming months.

BSE StAR MF has reliable encrypted security, and transactions are safe. Optimoney Platform is a medium of initiating transactions without needed to login to BSE StAR MF account. The platform is secured with a SSL certificate, and you should see the lock icon on the login URL address. i.e. www.optimoney.in

    No. We have stopped website development. We are more focused on providing digital software products to the financial sector. We may come with website development going ahead, but as of now, we are not into it.

    There is no role of Kotak Mutual Fund with Optimoney. Kotak MF is the knowledge partner for GoDigital, not Optimoney. Optimoney is a sole product of Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and has no collaboration or partnerships with any.
